PPA will not bill to patient's insurance companies until complete billing information is provided. All charges not covered by a patient's insurance must be paid at the time of the visit, including co-pays, unless prior arrangements have been made. All overdue balances past 90-days will be forwarded to a financial collection agency, the credit bureau, and a collection fee will be assessed.
